General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions are applicable to reservations made via www.fletcher.nl, the hotel website, or reservations by phone. For reservations with promotions or hotel vouchers, different conditions may apply.
Conditions for cancellation
You can cancel your booking with ease at: annuleren.fletcher.nl/en
The following conditions for cancellation apply to reservations up to 6 rooms:
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before the day of arrival*
*For no-shows or cancellations within 5 days before the arrival date, you must pay the complete reservation fee excluding tax and handling fee.
Changing your booking
In the event that you wish to change your booking and the new date or destination results in a higher cost than the original booking, we are obligated to charge you for the difference. The timeframe for changing your reservation is the same as the timeframe for canceling your booking.
The cancellation conditions are applicable to telephone bookings and bookings made through fletcher.nl or our hotel websites. You can cancel these bookings via annuleren.fletcher.nl/en.
Reservations for Fletcher Stadshotel Den Haag, Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Wings-Rotterdam and Fletcher Hotel Rotterdam-Airport can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
Reservations at Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam and Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.
The following conditions for cancellation apply to reservations for 7 to 10 rooms:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival
- For no-show cancellations within 14 days before the arrival date, you will pay the complete reservation fee excluding tax and handling fee.
Reservations for 10 rooms or more:
You can contact email@example.com for reservations of 10 rooms or more.
Alternative cancellation conditions apply to business reservations.
Ask about this at the hotel where you want to make or have made a reservation. Or contact the sales department via firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is not possible to change or cancel bookings made with the €25 Euro promotion. For more information, please read the terms and conditions on the promotional page.
Fletcher Hotels offers its guests the option to reserve a hotel room online by paying the full reservation amount online or by paying upon check-in at the hotel. If you choose to pay at the hotel in combination with flexible cancellation, the costs of flexible cancellation will be invoiced afterwards in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If you choose flexible cancellation and wish to cancel a booking that has already been paid, you will receive a refund of the booking amount, €10.00 will be deducted for the flexible cancellation.
The hospitality business is liable to the guest for damage that is the result of a failure by the hospitality business in the fulfilment of the agreement, unless this failure cannot be attributed to the hospitality business or to persons who assisted the hospitality business in the implementation of the agreement.
Notwithstanding, the hospitality business is not liable for damage or loss of items brought into the hospitality business by a guest who is staying there. The guest indemnifies the hospitality business against claims from guests in this regard. The provisions here do not apply insofar as the damage or loss is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the hospitality business. The hospitality business is not liable for damage caused to or with vehicles owned by guest, except if and insofar as the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the hospitality business. The hospitality business is not liable for damage that arises directly or indirectly to whomever or whatever as a direct or indirect result of any defect or any capacity or circumstance to, in or on any movable or immovable property of which the hospitality business is the holder, leaseholder, tenant or the owner or that is otherwise at the disposal of the hospitality business, except if and insofar as the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the hospitality business. The liability of the hospitality business is limited to the amount that can reasonably be insured. If damage occurs to items placed in custody for which a fee is charged, the hospitality business is obliged to compensate the damage to these items as a result of damage or loss. Compensation is not due for other items present in the items issued. If the hospitality business receives items or if items are deposited, stored and/or left behind in any way whatsoever by anyone without the hospitality business requiring any compensation, then the hospitality business is not liable for damage to or in connection to those items in any way whatsoever, unless the hospitality business has deliberately caused this damage, or the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the hospitality business. In all cases, the hospitality business cannot be held to pay compensation for damage to items present in items that are deposited, stored or left behind, regardless of whether the hospitality business asks any compensation for this.
The guest and those accompanying him are jointly and severally liable for all damage incurred and/or all damage that will arise to the hospitality business and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of an attributable shortcoming and/or wrongful act, including violation of the house rules, committed by the customer and/or the guest and/or those accompanying him, as well as for all damage caused by any animal and/or any property they hold or that is under their supervision.

Fletcher Hotels retains the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at all times without specifying reasons.
By making a reservation, guests declare to agree to the contents of these General Terms and Conditions.
Fletcher Hotel Classification
The hotel classification applied by Fletcher Hotels is entirely based on the old Dutch Hotel Classification (NHC).
