General

The General Terms and Conditions are applicable to reservations made via www.fletcher.nl, the hotel website, or reservations by phone.

Conditions for Cancellation

The following conditions for cancellation apply to reservations up to 7 rooms:

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
  • For no show or cancellations within 5 days before the arrival date, you must pay the complete reservation fee excluding tax and handling fee.
  • Reservations for Fletcher Stadshotel Den Haag can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
  • Reservations at Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam and Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date.

It is not possible to change or cancel bookings made with the €25 Euro promotion. For more information, please read the terms and conditions on the promotional page.

The following conditions for cancellation apply to reservations for 7 to 10 rooms:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • For no show or cancellations within 14 days before the arrival date, you will pay the complete reservation fee excluding tax and handling fee.

Reservations for more than 10 rooms:

You can contact groups@fletcher.nl for reservations of more than 10 rooms.

Alternative cancellation conditions apply to business reservations.

Ask about this at the hotel where you want to make or have made a reservation. Or contact the sales department via sales@fletcher.nl.

Cancellation Insurance

The cancellation insurance is subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), www.khn.nl/uvh-en.

Payment

Fletcher Hotels offers its guest the possibility to make reservations for hotel rooms online by paying the complete reservation amount online or by paying when checking in at the hotel.

If you choose to pay during check-in at Fletcher Hotel Amsterdam, your room is guaranteed until 6 PM on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive later, please contact the hotel.

Liability

The customer, guest, and those accompanying them are severally liable for all damages that have and/or will occur for the hotel business and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of an attributable shortcoming and/or unlawful act, including violation of the house rules, committed by the customer and/or guest and/or those accompanying them, as well as for all damages caused by any animal and/or property of which they are the owner or that are under their supervision.

Prices and Lowest Price Guarantee

Fletcher Hotels offers its customers the lowest price guarantee. Found our hotels for a lower price via a different website? Then you will receive a 20% discount on the lowest price. View the Lowest Price Guarantee terms and conditions here

All prices listed on Fletcher.nl, hotel websites, printed publications, and Fletcher Hotels advertisements exclude tax and handling fee.

Fletcher Hotels retains the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at all times without specifying reasons.

By making a reservation, guests declare to agree to the contents of these General Terms and Conditions.

Fletcher Hotel Classification

The hotel classification applied by Fletcher Hotels is entirely based on the old Dutch Hotel Classification (NHC).
