Question: How can I book online?
Answer: You can book into Fletcher Hotels very easily, safely and quickly online in four steps. To make a reservation at a Fletcher Hotel simply:

If you choose to pay online, follow the instructions on screen and you will then receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.
Question: Is online booking safe?
Answer: Yes, online payment at Fletcher hotels is safe. Your data is encrypted on a secure connection. This is demonstrated by the small closed padlock at the bottom right of your browser and at the top of your browser's address bar where you can see "https://". Your details will be handled with the utmost privacy. Please also see our Privacy Statement.
Question: What payment options are there?
Answer: In order to complete your booking online, you must select a payment method. You can pay via iDeal or credit card (Visa & Eurocard/Mastercard). If you pay by credit card or iDeal, the amount is directly debited from your account.
Question: What is iDEAL?
Answer: iDEAL is an online payment service, developed by ABN AMRO, ING Bank and Rabobank. IDEAL allows you to make safe, secure and easy online purchases. You can make payments in your preferred method, based on the specific security requirements of your own bank. As an Internet banker, you can use iDEAL directly, without first having to log on. Question: Do I get a reservation confirmation?
Answer: When you complete your reservation, your reservation confirmation will appear on your screen. You can print this out by clicking on the 'print’ button. You will also automatically be sent a copy of the confirmation to your specified email address. If you do not receive confirmation by e-mail, we recommend contacting the hotel reception directly.
Question: I want to change or cancel my reservation. How can I do that?
Answer: It may be that you want to modify your booking due to a change in your circumstances. For instance if you wish to arrive on a different date or want add more people, or take someone off the booking. This is absolutely not a problem. All you need to do is contact the hotel you have booked into. The hotel reception staff will make every effort to meet your needs, occupancy rates permitting. If you wish to cancel your booking, you will be refunded (part of) the amount paid in accordance with our Terms & Conditions ».
Question: What are the T&Cs?
Answer: Fletcher Hotels operates in accordance with the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry. These conditions are available for you to consult at any time. The Uniform Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms and conditions under which hotel and catering establishments located in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés and related businesses (including catering companies, party service companies etc.), provide hotel and catering services and enter into hotel and catering agreements. The UVH are registered at the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.
